HUD on partypoker is not working

Hi,
My hands get imported while playing, everything is well configured (language in english, same path directory) and my HUD appears in SNG HU for example. My problem is concerning SNG Jaqkpot where hands still being imported but the HUD never comes... Do you have any ideas or solution ?

I went through replayer then try an other jaqkpot and then it seems to work... I'll let you know if the problem comes again.

For now whenever you start PokerTracker 4 use the logging enabled link on your Windows Start Menu so if this happens again you can send us your log file in a Support Ticket so we can see what was happening at the time. You can access the 'Logs' folder with the log file by clicking 'File --> Open User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.
