Hi!

I want to know if this stat.. Fold to raise after F cbet is equal to Fold to check raise after CB flop, are same?

And want to know how often villain bet when missed CB FLOP IP and OOP.

No they are not the same because the former stat includes raises both in and out of position relative to the preflop aggressor. Using the "Configure -> Statistics" menu option in PokerTracker 4 you can view descriptions and formulas for all the statistics. To find the stat you want you can use the "Search" function in the Statistics window. Once the statistic is selected you can view a description and formula for it on the "Details" tab.

And want to know how often villain bet when missed CB FLOP IP and OOP.

If you mean the player who isn't the preflop aggressor then that is 'Float Flop' and 'Probe Turn'.
