PokerStars do not allow Hud stats to be coloured based on other stats so that isn't possible in PT4. Stats are only allowed to have up to three different colours based on their own values. (This does not affect other sites)

What they told me is that you can only do for HU to illuminate the effective stack. Still, I don't know how to do it. If you could tell me how to do it, I would appreciate it

Yes, the background colour is not dynamic, but the foreground colour is.

To set the colour of a stat based on its own value use the Color Ranges functionality in the Hud Editor.
Check out this guide for how to do that.

To colour a stat based on other stat values you would use the Colors tab in the stat editor (Configure > Statistic in the PT4 menu).
This post has an example of how you would do that.
