My Poker Tracker database says i have played 16000 hands. And i have lost -£200.
When i put the VPIP filter on it says i have played 5000 hands and have lost -£60.
I'm trying to get my head round this. Does this mean i lost the other -£140 on hands limped in the Big Blind?

you lost 140pound, when folded Preflop from BB/SB i guess.
So you didnt VPIP and everytime you are in BB you loose 1bb etc.
