Upload hand Histories into PT4 from Ignition Poker Site

Have searched the forums and guidebook but can't find if there is a way to upload hand histories into PT4 from the Ignition/Bovada website where I play. I played a session and forgot to grab the hands and would like to add them into my PT4 database.

You can manually import downloaded hands from the Ignition client using 'Play Poker -> Get Hands From Disk' - see this guide:
