We have one known issue with Mavericks at this point:

Minimizing PT4 to the dock appears to cause the HUD to stop updating. Please keep PT4 up (you can put other windows on top of it, just don't actually minimize it) in order to keep the HUD updating. We are going to work to get this fixed, but that will at least give you an updating HUD in the meantime.

Should you accidentally minimize PT4 to the dock, bringing the window back up will cause the HUD to instantly refresh.

I will keep this top post updated with any known issues.

Short followup question:
Have you also tested it using multiple monitors?
One of the 'big' changes is how they handle multiple displays, so not sure if this somehow affects PT.

I've been told that it should work as well as it does currently.

Installed OS X Mavericks today and on my Macbook Pro (Early 2011) the HUD is not correct. It just displays the stats when I open the table but don't refreshes after a hand, so that its always the stats from the beginning of the session. It also just opens on 2 of 4 tables.

Please enable logging using Configure -> Options -> Enable Logging, restart PT4, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder. Post your ticket number here also and I'll make sure to get this expedited for you.
