partypoker: hud not visible in tournament

Hello,

I usually play cash game (bwin.fr) and have no problem at all.... tonight I am playing some tournaments and:
- hand are importing
-HUD has apparently started (in HUD menu I can see "stop hud")

but nothing appears: no stat and no HUD icon on tables
I am playing on mac (el capitan) is there something specific to tournament I need to do ?

but with no success

any idea ?

edit: I just added a cash table and the hud appeared on this one normally

If the Hud is working for cash but not tournaments the most likely cause is having the poker site software installed in a language other than English. If you reinstall BWin in English the Hud will probably work. If not, please open a Support Ticket and report your problem so that we can see what is going on.

I have the exact same problem using El Capitan. The PartyPoker HUD for tourneys doesn't show up. It works for PartyPoker cash and 888 tourney and cash. I'll create support ticket.

Exact same problem as OP. Top of the range Mac with El Capitan. Hands importing, but no HUD appears on Party tournaments, HUD works on cash games. Any chance of fixing this?

If this can be fixed I will be happy to pass on some fashion tips.

If you have party installed in English, please create a support ticket the same way so that we can investigate further for you.
