PLO showing up as NLO and no HUD

Hello I just purchased both NL and PLO trackers. Everything is working fine for NL games. However when I play PLO table it picks up the hands, but it sees them as No-limit games, and it will not give me a hud. It literally sees them as an No-limit game. I double checked that I did purchase both and I doubled check that I wasn't at a NLO table. (ACR does offer these bingo disasters)

Unfortunately the Mac ACR software, which is still in Beta, is doing something much different with their Omaha hands than they do with either Mac Holdem or Holdem/Omaha on Windows machines and this would be what's causing the trouble you're experiencing. Hopefully ACR will update their Mac Omaha hand histories but we're also looking into whether or not we can implement a workaround in the Mac version PokerTracker 4. If you would like to be automatically notified on that then you can let us know in a Support Ticket.
