Counting wins - and loses + ????

Hi, I hope you can help. I’ve had the program for about a year, and no problems until now. I’d never played “Zoom” before, but thought I’d try it yesterday. Ever since, my results and graphs are all wrong - it looks like what it’s doing is if I win money it counts it as if I lost it, and the other way around. The little graph on the “Statistics” page is right, and it is also calculating my BB/100 right - it’s in green but “my C won” is in red. I’ve tried rebooting, and I started a new database tonight, just to see if that helped, but it didn’t.

Did you play at more than one stake? If you did then it's possible to have a positive BB/100 and lose money. If that's not the issue please attach some screenshots here or in a Support Ticket so we can see what is going on.

Ok how is this? When I realized that something wierd was happening, I made a new database. These are all taken after the same # of hands. (the top 3 are the same, just figuring out how to add the screenshot so I triplicated it by mistake. If you look on the graph at the top, it’s showing that I won $ (i did last night), but in the MyC won it’s showing a -‘ve. If you can read the bottom, it’s showing -‘ve My C won and My C all in, but +’ve BB/100, etc.

It’s showing that I lost $15.50 and that I won $15.50 (these figures are in Canadian money, I play in USD).

In reality last night I won about $28 Canadian, when I look at my stars balance.

Ok for what it’s worth, I just played a bit and was down about $5. Last night i was down early and it showed i was up!
Everything seems to be ok tonight though, so who knows…

It’s showing that I lost $15.50 and that I won $15.50 (these figures are in Canadian money, I play in USD).

Those are two different statistics. 'Won' is money won lost in the currency the game was played in whereas 'My C Won' is converted into your chosen currency in PokerTracker 4:

Go to 'Database -> Currency' and what exchange rate is displayed there? Is it -1.00?

no, the currency says 1.35.
If you look at the graphs, the one at the top (from the statistics tab) and the graph with the 3 lines are both from the exact same time, i.e. the “statistics” graph should look exactly like my green line.
Also, over a given time frame, a positive increase in money won should be a positive BB/100 and vice-versa, the fact that it’s not is indicative of a problem. You’re right, if the my currency was somehow set to -ve that would do it, but I hadn’t changed those parameters and of course that is impossible.
thanks for looking into it. I’ll make a new database and see if it’s somehow worked itself out after a couple of reboots or something.

In that case can you please enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket. You can access the 'Logs' folder with the log file by clicking 'File --> Show User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and the file we need will be a text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log'.

Ok thank you. I played a short session last night, and it seemed to be working properly at first. At some point it started malfunctioning though - I know this for sure because I played a bit too long and lost 2 big hands at the end. The graph under “statistics” shows these properly as losses, but the graphs in the other tabs shows them as wins.
I copied the log from last night and submitted a ticket.
