Duplicates

Why do I start every session with at least 50 duplicates. Everything else works fine.

So we can find out what's causing those duplicate press/hold the "Alt/Option" key while starting PokerTracker 4 to enable logging, reproduce this issue and then send us your PokerTracker4.log file. You can access the 'Logs' folder with the log file by clicking 'File --> Show User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.
