Party poker stakes showing 0.04NL FAST instead of 0.05NL FAS

Postby adrian7000 » Sat Jan 19, 2019 12:54 pm

Hey guys, as you can see in the pic bellow, I have 2 different stakes. 0.04 NL FAST and 0.05 NL FAST on party poker. Both are actually 5NL but for some reason hands played on OS X show up as 4NL. Hands imported from windows show correctly as 5NL. Same thing happens for regular and fast tables. Why is this?

Can you please send us a sample of these hands played on Mac OSX to us in a Support Ticket. By default PokerTracker 4 moves your processed hand histories to your 'Processed' folder:

I tried but I get this message when I try to upload a file in a ticket: "fastforward NLH 5 cannot be uploaded due to:
Files of type 'octet-stream' are not permitted to be uploaded."

So I copied couple of hands in raw text in the ticket #384185.

Since those files on Mac do not have a file extension you will need to compress them.
