Hud Issue for tagging hands while playing

Hi,

It seems like I'm encountering trouble with my hud. When I right click on the PT4 icon on top of my table to get to the drop-down list it simply doesn't work (show image attached).
I tried both right and left click, or double click but nothing worked. I'm using the last version of PT4, and I was encountering the same issue with the version before.

However, when I double click on the Hand history icon, it opens a new menu which is cool but not what I'm looking for. I'm unable to directly tag hands from the HUD.

I have the same issue with the replayer.

Any idea?

Are you using multiple monitors or an external monitor on a laptop? If so that's a known issue on later versions of Mac OSX but things should still work OK on the primary monitor. If you would like to be automatically notified when that's resolved then please open a Support Ticket.
