Import hands error / PT4

Hi everyone,

I bought a million hands on hhdealer.Com and i wanted to make the extract of these on my PT4.

Once i have uncompressed the files, I can read any .txt file about the hand histories.

However when I try to import .txt files on my PT4 (version 4.15.10) i receive a message error from PT4 « This statistic was exported from a newer version of pokertracker. It cannot be imported »

I’m a bit concerned as I’ve the last version of it. I tried to reinstall PT4, redownload hands, trying another Zip program etc… i always have the same issue.

Could anyone hemp me about this ?

That sounds like you tried to import it as a statistic using File > Import Statistic but that is for importing custom stats. To import hand histories go to the Play Poker page and click Get Hands From Disk.

Note that third party hand histories are not supported so if you have any problems we can't help with them, and using datamined hands is against the terms of most sites.
