The error in your screenshot indicates that 'dbpass' is not the correct PostgreSQL password so try overriding the password requirement by following these steps. If that doesn't fix it then reboot, press/hold the "Alt/Option" key while starting PokerTracker 4 to enable logging and then send your PokerTracker 4 & PostgreSQL log files to us in a Support Ticket. Your can find the PokerTracker4.log file here:
