Cant give permission for Screen Recording

I recently restored my iMac from a time machine backup. I was able to reinstall postresql. When I open PT4 it says that I haven't set up permission for screen recording. When I go into my settings, there is no option allowed to grant permission. It says "apps that have requested access to record the contents of your screen will appear here". but PT4 doesn't appear. because of this, I can't get my HUD to work. Please advise

Start PokerTracker 4 and select the 'File --> Open User Data Folder' menu option. Close PokerTracker 4, go into the 'Config' folder and open the 'PokerTracker.cfg' file with TextEdit. This file should contain a line like this:

RequestedPermissions=Y

change that to:

RequestedPermissions=N

Save the change and restart PokerTracker 4.
