Asks to import files after stopping 'get hands while playing

Postby qwerty2k » Thu May 14, 2020 2:24 pm

So im playing on Pokerstars and this isn't the first time this has happened to me. I play poker, activate 'get hands whilst playing', all hands seem to be importing fine as I can see them importing under the 'play poker' tab. I finish my session, close the table, leave Pokerstars open, click 'stop getting hands' at which point PokerTracker says that there are hands that need to be imported that haven't been, do I want to import them. I click 'yes' Pokerstars detects 2 files, the progress bar instantly fills to 100% full and then it just sits there doing nothing, the window at the bottom for the details just says 'found 2 files to import...'

Only way I 'fixed' this last time was to force quit pt and then manually delete the files from the Pokerstars hand history folder so it didn't keep asking me to import them even though im 99.99% sure that the hands in the files have already been imported.

Any advice?

So we can see what's going on here enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket. You can access the 'Logs' folder with the log file by clicking 'File --> Open User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.
