PT4 importing hands slowly

Hi!

My PT is importing hands from Pokerstars very slowly. Import status shows that one new hand is imported
something like in every 6 second.This started couple days ago when I updated Pokerstars client. This same
problem happened couple weeks ago, there are reports from other users about this problem in the main forum
from that period. Last time you released new update (v4.15.21) and problem went away, but now it's back.

What might be the problem here?

Press/hold the "Alt/Option" key while starting PokerTracker 4 to enable logging, reproduce this issue and send your log file to us in a Support Ticket:

\Users\{Mac Login}\Library\Application Support\PokerTracker 4\Logs\PokerTracker4.log

You can access the 'Logs' folder with the log file by clicking 'File --> Open User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.
