Missing hands in PT4 with Winamax

Postby hascotch » Mon Jul 20, 2020 9:05 pm

I'm using PT4 version 4.15.22 on a MacBook, and I just realized some hands we not tracked. For example, there is nothing between hand #---70 and #---72, but it is clear that there should be a HH there, as players' stacks are not the same between the end of #---70 and the beginning of #---72. This is not the only case where it appears; there are 100+ hands that disappeared.

What is going on ?

Do those hands actually exist in the hand history files provided to you by Winamax? You can verify that for yourself by opening the relevant files with a text editor and by default PokerTracker 4 archives those files here where they should be organised by site/date:

\Users\{Mac Login}\Documents\PokerTracker\Processed

Guide: Processed Files

If the hands exist in those files but are not importing into PokerTracker 4 please send a sample to us in a Support Ticket.

Thanks for your reply! Unfortunately, these hands are also missing in the "Processed" folder, so I really do not understand how it could have happened. Any ideas ?

If the hand history file exists but it is missing the hands you mentioned then that would be a question for Winamax support. Maybe they have a known issue or you are disconnecting from their server at certain points.
