Fail to view hand history for pokerstars

I'm currently playing PokerStars and gg poker, and it works well when I'm uploading hand histories from gg poker, but there's some issue for Pokerstars.

When I upload my hand history from pokerstars to poker tracker, none of them has been revealed in the ''view stats''.

No matter I choose to ''get hands while playing’’ or ''get hands to hand from desks’’, none of them are recorded.

When I tried to reupload the hand histories, it is just shown that the hands are duplicated and were not imported.

I've made the ticket already but haven't received any responses.

Have you changed the active player in PokerTracker 4 from the GGpoker 'Hero' player to your PokerStars screenname?
