I'd like to cancel my TableNinja Subscription, but I can't.

I know you will ask me to "create a support ticket via the 'Contact Support' link here - https://support.pokertracker.com/" but i guess there is an issue, because on every single page, the website says i'm "signed in as drole2type", but on the support page (clicking your link, or going there by the menu), it asks me to "sign in", but when I try, it doesn't show me any form to fill... So I can't create a ticket.

So please, can you tell me how I can unsub from this option, or can you unsub me ? Thank you.

Hi. It's really scary. Try clearing your cache and try logging in again. Or try this link https://support.pokertracker.com/support/ticket/26 ... I tried to choose TableNinja II myself => Contact support => Installation / Configuration => open contact form
