Can't get hot keys working

Hello,


I just purchased TN II and for some reason I can't get any hot keys to work with the Pokerstars PA client. When I click to try to email support it tries to open an email client that I don't have installed on my computer. I think I disable the correct settings in the PS client and I think I'm using a supported Theme but still no luck.

Make sure all of your poker programs are running as admin.

Please reproduce issue, then go to TableNinja 2 > Help > Contact Support and click the "Send logs to TableNinja" button. 
Then send a copy of that ZIP file.

Also please send a screenshot of your desktop with a table and your HUD displayed.

Please send the screenshot even if you don't have a HUD or custom table theme.

Please also briefly describe what is happening in the ticket.
