Unable to rebuild cache ?!

After i imported round about 700k hhs it brings on "Rebuild Custom Stats" - Unable to rebuild them. What i have to do now ?
Reason: Error: Unable to execute query: Fatal Error; Reason: Error: (ERROR: tables can have at most 1600 columns )

Hi , you seem to have too many custom HUD profiles that take up all the set column limit by PT4. Only way to solve this is to disable one of the custom HUD profiles.
