NOTECADDY SHUT DOWN ALWAYS

Every Time when i start my Pokertracker 4 there
appears the message:

2.9.90.0 Fatal Error!
Thers was an error loading Notecaddy.
NoteCaddy will now shot down

I have zipped my log -Files from admin/appdata/local/pokertracker4 /logs in attachment (without archive)

i use Pokertracker4 v4.15.28
please help

Hello,

Can you please try reinstalling PT4 from this link? https://www.pokertracker.com/products/PT4/download.php

If the issue doesn't resolve, please try this:
1) Make sure PT4 is closed.
2) Go to C:\Users\[PC USERNAME]\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Apps
3) Delete the folder named 'Tm90ZUNhZGR5'.
4) Restart PT4 and see if the issue is resolved.

If the issue remains still, please add the folders below into your antivirus/firewall exclusion list:
C:\Users\[WindowsUsername]\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4
C:\Program Files (x86)\PokerTracker 4

​After doing this, please restart your PC and see if you still have the issue.

Hello
thank your advice was fine.......i finished the firewall of windows 10 ( windows 10 Defender) and everything works fine no error at all at the beginning, but there is another problem with the pop ups in my HUD as you see in the attechment file

if i click on stats then there appears a pop-up-window with errors

I use your hud profile cash-edge- cash3 only the popups are not working as you see in attachment file

Hello,

I'm glad that first issue is fixed.

To fix the new issue, you need to reinstall the package in NoteCaddy, by clicking 'Manage my Ultimate Packs', uncheck and the re-check the NCE Ultimate Cash pack.

It should reinstall, and then it should also import working HUDs for you. The HUD that you are showing in your screenshot, you can delete. If a HUD is imported into PT4, but its required definitions aren't active in NC then this issue can happen.

Hello....
Thank you for helping with my 2.problem the hud ist working fine now.....no mistakes at all !!

But now unfortunately my 1. problem ( with the shut down of notecaddy ) comes back again after 18 Hours;

in order to solve this i made yesterday :

1) complete new installation of Windows 10 Enterprise ( no installation of antivirus software--> only Windows Defender from windows)
2) complete installation with pokertracker 4 and notecaddy :

Notecaddy was working fine now but only for 12 or maybe 18 Hours then the same errror appears:

2.9.90.0 Fatal Error!
NoteCaddy will now shut down
But why is notecaddy working 18 Hours fine and is then shut down today?
2 Days ago it was the same problem notecaddy works fine after installation and shut down ---> the shut down of notecaddy appears now 2 times after 18 Hours ;

Please try to find out , if it is a problem with windows 10 Defender or maybe or something else ?

See attachment notecaddy errors,
i have also imported in Pokertracker 4 a lot of hands after installing notecaddy ... ....maybe this is the problem ?!
then notecaddy works fine for some hours only

see also the archive, in order to see that notecaddy works fine only for some hours. ( see time date) .....before the shut down of notecaddy

Here's how you can send logs:
1. Enable Logging in PT4:  Configure → Options → Enable Logging
2. Reproduce what you were doing when the issue occurred.  When the issue occurs proceed with the next step.
3. Navigate to C:\Users\[WindowsUsername]AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4
​4. Make a copy of your 'Logs' folder and .zip it.
5. If the file is too big to send, please upload it to a cloud service like OneDrive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer.com, and share a link.
