Im not tech support, but you should be able to just click "PokerTracker Apps" -> NoteCaddy -> Disable NoteCaddy on the PokerTracker menu, or, alternatively, click the spade icon on the table -> Change Profile -> Select some other profile without NoteCaddy notes in it.
They need to roll back to the previous version, this one is way broken.
To anyone that still wants to limp along with a single table, here's what I've found:
Disabling all the badges and only having a few NoteCaddy notes seems to help reduce the number of crashes to once every few hands. You can limp along by keeping the task manager and PokerTracker apps open. When NoteCaddy crashes, force close NoteCaddyPT4.exe and click Hud->Restart Hud. Everything will come back. You have to do this every time it crashes, and that can be after 2 hands or after 50 hands, just depends on your luck.
