The NoteCaddy developer replied to you in your support ticket (#644983) on 7th June at 6:19pm UTC with a request for your log files and I do not see any reply from you. If you did not receive that email then your email provider is either blocking the message or more likely it is being delivered to your junk/spam folder. You can also access/manage your Support Tickets by visiting your My Account -> My Support Tickets page.
