issue: auto activate

Despite I've disabled notecaddy, sometimes is activating by itself. How can I fix this?

PD: it also happens with ignition hand grabber

I'm not sure why it would re-active itself but if you submit a support ticket, I can remove it so it doesn't auto activate.
