Hello,

I'm quite new with notecaddy but I'd like to be able to show heatmaps for any statistic of my interest.

Can anyone show me an example on how to do it?

If you're not playing on pokerstars you can do it. Your definition just has to include the $cardrange variable: http://notecaddy.com/NoteCaddy-Variables.ashx

I think the easiest way to show it is as a tooltip in a popup. If you select a stat in your popup and pick your note definition that includes $cardrange then hovering the stat in the popup should show the heatmap as a tooltip

thanks a lot!! now I can create anyhtoing I want

I have another problem now, some hands are not showing on the pop up. I just did a basic "Open Raise" note but for some reason is not detecting all the hands with showdown.

In the image I attach you can see 6 hands that were Openraised but only 4 appear in the heatmap.

Any idea why this could be happening?

I have tried to replicate that in the past from another user.

Please open a support ticket and attach a few hands that you can notice it is triggering that behaviour. Zip them and attach to the ticket please. As well as the definition you are using.

As soon as I get that ticket I will try to replicate this again so we can report it for a fix if it´s not a setting we are missing.
