Whose profit is used when assigning a note to someone else?

I want to calculate some site wide averages for certain events.

Suppose, for instance, that I want to know how much, on average, players in my tournaments lose when playing 27o.

I can create a note that triggers when a player plays 27o, then make myself the enemy of that player, and assign the note to the enemy.

The question is, if I click the "calculate average profit" box, does PokerTracker use my profit in each hand that another player played 27o (which would probably average in a lot of 0s since most of the time I'd probably have folded preflop and totally useless to me), or use the target players profit for each hand (which is what I'm looking for)?

That is, is the profit of the player that triggered the note used, or the profit of the player receiving the note that is used?

Thanks.

Hello,

Completely got your question.

It uses the target players profit/loss for each hands or spots.

I found it very usefull as well using that option to analyze our own notes/badges to find out profitable spots. Or finding them in other players and start to use them as well. Different than the bread and butter ones.

Best wishes,
