NOTE CADDY CONSTANTLY CRASHINH

FYI

Installed Note Caddy a few days ago. From the start it began to crash. The message I get is Note Caddy quit responding. I have to enable it to restart Note Caddy.

The following is what I have done to try fix the problem...

1. Created a new data base and imported hands. Then i began using PT4 and Note Caddy again. After just a short time ( 15 minutes) Note Caddy shut down again. Same
process as before to get it going.

2. I moved the folder tmXXXXXX to the desk top for back up use if needed. Restarted PT4, reinstalled Note Caddy, after 10 minutes it quit responding. Had to enable to restart.
I played for 1 hour, I reset it 3 times which is far less then before the last change that I made. :D

I am still having problems with note caddy after doing the above listed things:

I decided to make another clean database and use note caddy. It still stops responding. Several different times Note Caddy and PT4 quit responding and I had to restart both.
I didnt notice any different in the crashes after i imported my back up hands.

Is there anything that you want me to try now?

Hello,

The steps you have done already are the first couple of steps to troubleshoot this specific issue.

If even after doing these steps NC is still crashing, please open a support ticket and attach to it the log files so we can review them for some hints of what might be triggering this on your side.

On that ticket describe as much as possible the conditions when the issue was triggered.

- How many tables were open? What poker rooms you play on?
- What is the specifc HUD and definitions package you are currently using?

This together with the log files should help tracing what is going on and provide us with the necessary information.

The log files are located here:

On Windows open File Explorer and enter the following in the address bar:
%localappdata%\PokerTracker 4\Logs

Please attach also to the ticket the Notecaddy log files in the C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Logs\AppsLogs\Tm90ZUNhZGR5
