Unfortunately poker stars prohibits badges on their site. While not as useful as badges, you can add the NC.PlayerTags stat to your HUD which allows you to manually apply 1 or many badges to each player

No badges appears when playing on Winamax as well as review hands in replayer.

Are you seeing any of the notes in the popups? If you go into NC and go to tools->player notes and put the name of a player with many hands, do you see anything in the notes/badges tabs?

you may need to click file->reset notes if you had the beta since the beginning as there were some important fixes along the way

There are note in popup, and no badges where it is supposed to show some (checked on player note in notecaddy)

I am on PartyPoker and there are no badges on here either

Prob ill sound stupid but , this mtt edge hud profile is part of the note caddy ? it doens comes as one of pt4 default hud profiles right ?

That's correct. The Edge HUD profiles are a part of the NoteCaddy package and are not available by default in PokerTracker 4.
