i would like to remove notecandy from my pt4, i dont use it, and it slows my computer...

I do not see any PokerTracker 4 license on your account so click "Help -> About" in PokerTracker 4 and let me know the name, email address and last six characters of the registration code that is displayed there via a private message or in a Support Ticket (do not post this information publicly here on the forum).
