Note caddy has disappeared

Hi,
After updating to 15.3.880 Alpha, my notecaddy has disappeared from my PT4 menu selection. All my notecaddy generated notes in my hud have a blue line through them. I've turned off my windows defender domain firewall and rebooted my computer and restarted PT4. What can I do from here?

Ah; that's possible. There are ongoing changes to the interface between PokerTracker and third party apps and it's possible that at that point there is a small incompatibility. For now please revert to v4.15.3 from the PT4 Download Page.
Please reply to your support ticket and I'll make sure that you get a new alpha version when possible.

Thanks, Notecaddy is back when I redownloaded this earlier version of Poker Tracker.

Is there a possibility to upgrade to notecaddy premium that works with pokertracker?

There is no other version of NoteCaddy so if you are having a problem restart PokerTracker 4 using the logging enabled link on your Windows Start Menu and reproduce it. Once that's done attach these files from your PokerTracker 4 'Logs' folder to a Support Ticket with a description of the issue:

C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Logs\PokerTracker4.log
C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Logs\NoteCaddy.log
C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Logs\NoteCaddy.Errors.log

You can access the 'Logs' folder with those files by clicking 'File --> Open User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window.
