Hi,
I am trying out Notecaddy. I have successfully installed, gotten the coaching package ultimate, and have gotten the notes generated.
Of all the 3rd Party Statistics from Notecaddy I am trying out in a pop-up, the only ones not showing up or working AT ALL are the Scatter graphs,

Any idea of what is happening? I am using the latest version of PT4.

I have a same problem. Made a ticket couple of months ago, but only answer that I've received so far was "your ticked is forwarded to Notecaddy team".

Update: Only the NC.PlayerOverview scattergraph "works", but the information it displays seems absolutely unreliable.

Here is an example of a Caddy scatter view of what some one will TURN RAISE with.


If I hover above one of the dots that should indicate a STRONG value hand, you see that it shows a bluff.


Is this a known issue? What is going on here? This dot should clearly be at a much low Y axis level.
