Hi,

I'm trying to get notecaddy to work, but don't know what I'm doing wrong. It seems like notecaddy has created notes, but when I go Tools->Player Notes it doesn't seem to be any notes stored for any player. When I test the hud from NCE Ultimum Holdem pack several (like 9/10) stats doesn't show, it's just a "-". What am I doing wrong?

Please restart PokerTracker 4 using the logging enabled link on your windows Start Menu and reproduce the issue you have described. Next select the 'File -> Open User Data Folder' menu item and then attach these files from your 'Logs' folder to a Support Ticket:

NoteCaddy.log
NoteCaddy.Errors.log
