Please follow the
Security Software Configuration Guide if you're using any av/firewall and also add an excpetion for this file/folder:
C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Apps\Tm90ZUNhZGR5\NoteCaddyPT4.exe
C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Apps\Tm90ZUNhZGR5
If you do not see the AppData folder in Windows then please refer to
this guide. If that doesn't fix it reboot your computer and go to 'Windows Start Menu -> All Programs -> PokerTracker 4 -> PokerTracker 4 (Logging Enabled)', reproduce the problem you described and then attach these files to a
Support Ticket:
--> C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Logs\PokerTracker4.log
--> C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Logs\NoteCaddy.log
--> C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Logs\NoteCaddy.Errors.log
