Using Notecaddy notes (issue)

Hi,

There are certain stats I would like to use on my PT4 HUD but they show up blank. For eg. NC.isofoldto3bet.note . Do I need to add the note to my HUD and then rebuild cache or am I missing something? Thanks in advance

You need to either add the IsoFoldto3B note, stat or text to your HUD or popup - no cache rebuild is required:

Am I doing something wrong? I have a big sample on this player but no stats coming up.

In NoteCaddy select 'Tools -> Player Notes' and search for this player. Do you see any notes?

No notes on any players.

I then tried to create notes and it picks up the database etc. Heres a screenshot (https://gyazo.com/ab581a647adefa3dbc81c372d40c79e5). It then completed a sample of over 4m hands in about 3mins. But no notes have been created. Surely that doesnt sound right? lol

Can you please restart PokerTracker 4 using the logging enabled link on your Windows Start Menu and reproduce this issue. Once that's done please attach these files from your 'Logs' folder to a Support Ticket:

C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Logs\PokerTracker4.log
C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Logs\NoteCaddy.log
C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Logs\NoteCaddy.Errors.log

You can access the 'Logs' folder with those files by clicking 'File --> Open User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window.
