PokerTracker

After purchasing NoteCaddy i try to create notes for the first time on a relatively small PT4-DB with about 70.000 Hands, but unfortunately creating notes process never stops (after 24h it Shows that it actually has processed more than 70 Mio!!! Hands). i resetted all notes, i removed almost all Colour Definition, almost all notes definitions, i vacuumed database and i also did this: https://www.pokerhuds.com/document/spee ... tracker-4/. Nothing helped. Did someone had same/similar Problem and can support? thx!

I've not seen any similar reports so can you please restart PokerTracker 4 using the logging enabled link on your Windows Start Menu and reproduce this problem. Once that's done please attach these files from your 'Logs' folder to a Support Ticket:

C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Logs\PokerTracker4.log
C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Logs\NoteCaddy.log
C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Logs\NoteCaddy.Errors.log

You can access the 'Logs' folder with those files by clicking 'File --> Open User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window.
