I don't see anything different than before I installed it. I've went through the setup instructions but nothing is happening. It seems like I'm supposed to have some kind of new hud (black edge) but I don't. So I thought, well maybe it's adding notes to my existing hud. But it doesn't seem to be doing that either.

Any idea where I went wrong?

Same here. It's so tilting. And I am not surprised they did not reply

When you first installed NC, it should have taken you through the setup wizard. If you picked an NC Edge pack and don't see the HUD profile for it, you may need to import it from the "NoteCaddy Coaching Pack Files" folder on your desktop. If it's not there, try removing the pack by going to the NC start panel and clicking "Manage my ultimate packs" then unselected NC edge. Then choose "Manage my ultimate packs" once more and select it. This will do a reinstall which should import the HUD profile(s).
