Hi i have recently installed NC (correctly i hope)
i select to open from PT4 and it loads up for about 30 seconds and then just disappears.
Running latest version of PT4 on windows 10.

any idea's anyone

lease enable logging (Configure > Options) and restart PT4.
Reproduce the problem then go to File > Open User Data Folder in the PT4 menu.
In the window that opens go to the Logs folder and compress all of the files there (not the Archive folder, just the files).
Attach the zipped files to a Support Ticket so that we can see what is going on.

That is a messge number not a ticket number and we can't access it from that. We need to know the ticket number that you should see at the top of the page.

Rather than splitting this across two tickets, please reply to your original ticket - that will re-open it. You can see all your tickets via the website at My Account > My Support Tickets.
