Notecaddy is missing

Guys, since this morning i noticed many friends are having this same bug
when we start PT4, notecaddy starts normally but anytime you need some stats from it or open it from the Pokertracker Apps menu, it appears then closes and doesnt appear anymore
please help us, cause its tilting to get those errors in game

You may want to try resetting your NoteCaddy settings to factory defaults, to see if it solves the issue:

1. Close PT4 and navigate to: C:\Users\[WindowsUsername]\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Data\AppsData\Tm90ZUNhZGR5.
2. Make a backup of the .xml files (copy/move them somewhere else on your pc).
3. Delete the .xml files.
4. Restart PT4, go into NoteCaddy and set your settings as you prefer again (File → Settings).
5. If you use Color Definitions, then import ColorDefinitions.xml that you backed up from step 2, into NoteCaddy → Tools → Import Color Definitions.
6. Reset and reprocess the notes (File → Reset Notes).

Already did this. Now notecaddy doesnt even show
Tried to uninstall PT4 and install again and still doesnt.. On pokertrack apps, notecaddy shows option to disable/enable and thats it

thats the info i got on notecaddy.log but it doesnt make sense, since it dont even open when pt4 is started

You could try this:

Close PT4.
Navigate to C:\Users\[WindowsUsername]\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Apps.
Move or Delete the folder named "Tm90ZUNhZGR5".
Restart PT4.

NoteCaddy should get installed freshly again, and hopefully work properly for you.
