HUD not working in ignition tournaments.

It's hit or miss, some tournaments work with it, some don't. Is this normal or?

That shouldn't happen.

Firstly if you are not using our latest version v4.17.5 please update - PT4 Download Page.
Also make sure that you have PT4 running with the Ignition Hand Grabber active before you join any tables. Tables which are open when the grabber starts cannot generate hand histories.

If you still find the Hud is missing on some tables please enable logging (Configure > Options) and restart PT4.
Next time you see a tournament where the Hud doesn't work take a screenshot of the table window.
After your session attach the Ignition Hand Grabber support bundle to a Support Ticket.
Guide: Creating an Ignition Hand Grabber Support Bundle
Please also compress the hand history files for the session and attach those to your ticket along with the screenshot that you took.
By default the original hand history files will have been moved to the Processed folder, which you can access via File > Open User Data Folder in the PT4 menu.

What is enlog, enable logs, how do I do that? I have ignition hand grabber running for years now. This is what's happening.....

Apologies - that was supposed to say "enable logging (Configure > Options)".

In the PT4 menu choose Configure > Options and put a tick next to "Enable Logging".
