ignition hand grabber not detecting hands/active tables

For some reason, the ignition hand grabber does not detect any active tables when I'm running ignition and thus won't record any hands while playing. I have reinstalled PT4 and Ignition and that still hasn't helped. I also made sure to run the app before I select a table and that doesn't seem to help either. Any advice would be great thank you!
