Hi,

It is not collecting hands after most recent Ignition update. Maybe the hand grabber needs to be updated.

Is anyone else having this problem?

I cannot duplicate this problem and I am not seeing any other reports at this time so please enable logging in PokerTracker 4 (Configure -> Options -> Enable Logging), reproduce this issue and then send your support bundle to us in a Support Ticket:

It seems to be working again. Must have been my fault.

The HUD doesn't work when it automatically changes tables, I think this has always been a problem though.

Further, do you need to wait for the HUD to appear on a table before opening a new table. The HUD seems to work on the wrong table if you open them all at the same time.

Unfamilia, exactly the same has happened to me--Ignition hand grabber not working after I updated. You said the problem has been resolved, what did you do to resolve it?

I'm in the same boat. Updated today, now I've got no hud, no active tables recognised, no hands, etc....

I got mine working. When I updated pokertracker, it updated to x.x.32, when the actual latest version was x.x.34. Upon downloading and installing x.x.34, the ignition hand grabber started working again.

Mine is not working, i have .34 version and still no luck. Any ideas?
