PT4 stop working???

Hi there
I am experiencing difficulty with PT4 for Bovada / Ignition.

I am currently trying to find the OPTIONS (gear) button on the Status Window - so I can turn off the grabbing of Zone hands. Since I worked out that the manual import is a lot more effective.

Anyway.....

I can't get a single hand to appear in my database. Earlier today... fine, now nothing. Please help.

however please note that you do not currently have an active Ignition Hand Grabber subscription.

Make sure you do not have any filters or hand tags active that would prevent data from displaying otherwise please attach a screenshot of your entire PokerTracker 4 report window either here or privately in a Support Ticket.

Right so it expires after 12 months. Without warning....

OK so I read the guide you quoted, but still can not find:

"If you want to enable grabbing of Zone hands as you play you can do so via the Options (gear) button on the Status window."
My issue is: I would like to "Disable" Zone hands.... I will do them manually.

Can you please show a screen shot where this gear button is

You don't have an active Ignition Hand Grabber subscription so you cannot access the status window where that gear icon is.
