Ace poker Omaha Hi hands

Hi, looked through the forums and couldnt find any information on this issue. If there is a thread please link below. Thanks. I am using ACE poker solutions hand converter to convert my hands from ignition to PT4. I have the latest update of both software and it pulls my hold em hands fine but will not populate my Omaha Hi hands in Pt4 even though it downloads through the hand converter. Please help!!!

Your account shows you purchased PokerTracker 4 Holdem so Omaha hands will not import on your current license. If you want to add Omaha to your existing PokerTracker 4 Holdem license you can do so here:

Bear in mind we do not officially support converted hands from third parties although we have added native support in PokerTracker 4 for manually downloaded Ignition hands. Also our own integrated Hand Grabber for Ignition is currently in beta and you can sign-up for that here if you haven't already done so:
