Thank you for following up with this.

I'm still getting the same problem, just wanted to ask if there has been any update here?

Thank you!

This is a more significant update than recent changes so is taking longer than normal, but rest assured this is our highest priority.

We are very pleased to announce that we have released an update to the beta Ignition Hand Grabber that will work with this Ignition software update. With Ignition closed, please restart PokerTracker 4 and the Ignition Hand Grabber will automatically update.

Please keep in mind that this was a major change behind the scenes for the Ignition client and while our quality assurance team has tested it and believe it is stable enough for release; there is a possibility of bugs. If you encounter an issue that you believe is a bug, please contact us via PokerTracker Support to report the issue and we'll work to get it resolved as quickly as possible!

Best regards,

Derek

Is anyone else getting laggy tables and unusually high CPU usage from PostgreSQL? I started getting this after Ignition's update and although a HUD now shows, this problem remains. By the way thanks to the developers for the speedy work! Hoping it is just me with the lag issue.

Please disregard this or if you are a moderator you can delete my posts; it was NoteCaddy cooking my CPU for some reason
