Please enable logging (Configure > Options) and restart PT4.
If you see incorrect behaviour again take a
screenshot of the problem.
When you sit out, and before you close PT4, go to File > Open User Data Folder in the PT4 menu.
In the window that opened go to the Logs folder and
compress all of the files (not the Archive folder, just the files) and attach that to a
Support Ticket along with your screenshots and a note of what was wrong.
