I just don't know what else to do. Everything seems to work except it doesnt work. Re-installed everything. Set up everything according to the site.

As you can see both pt4 and the grabber actually recognize the tables AND import the hands. But a hud will not show.

Can we get any answers please?

The HUD still isn't working for me. PT4 seems to be reading the hands fine, the HUD just doesn't come up. Not on 1 table or more. I did close and restart PT4 and Ignition 3x to see if it would start working but no luck. I submitted a support ticket.

I got it to work once in the first table. Nothing since that one time though.

We also need to push out an update to the handgrabber, but the PT4 release was required first. I don't have an exact timescale for that, but I expect it will be later today.

Thanks for the update. Please keep us in the loop (I'm checking this thread daily).

We have now pushed v1.0.15 of the Ignition Hand Grabber. This will be downloaded and installed automatically when you restart PT4.

Please note that this grabber update requires PokerTracker v4.15.19 which you can download from the PT4 Download Page.

A big thank you to the poker tracker staff for figuring out these problems. It's a stressful time and I personally appreciate the support. You'll always have my patience.
