Different stakes are being put under other stakes

Postby futbolcrazy9 » Tue Apr 14, 2020 11:16 pm

So alot of my 200nl zone hands are getting put in 50nl zone on bovada. Usually happens when I am playing both stakes at the same time or switch stakes. For example I have played 200nl zone right after a 50nl zone session and half of the 200nl hands it gets placed in my 50nl hand histories. Please help. Can I change the session of hands to different stakes?

Please compress the hand history files from a session like this and attach them to a Support Ticket so that we can investigate.

If the hands are in separate sessions then you can change the stake of a session using Database > Adjust Stakes.
Otherwise, you could purge the sessions then download the hand histories from the Ignition software and import those. Because of the lack of complete accuracy in the generated Zone hands, and because the Hud can't be shown for Zone, we actually recommend disabling hand generation for Zone and instead using the downloaded hands for full accuracy. How can we move individual hands that are in the incorrect stake?

I have a few 25NL Zone hands in my 5NL Zone database. It's really skewing with my results. Thanks!

You can't change individual hands without purging and re-importing separately, but if you have separate sessions which are wrong you can update that with Database > Adjust Stakes.
