now its working randomly. for some reason when i tested on 5nl didn't work. but 200nl working so far. however hud only popped up for one table.

For anybody currently having an issue with the Hand Grabber please report this to us with your logs if you haven't already done so. Enable logging in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options -> Enable Logging', restart PokerTracker 4 then when it has fully loaded run Ignition. Open a single table and play a few hands and then after you sit out go to 'File > Open User Data Folder' in the menu and open the 'Logs' folder in the window that appears. Compress all of the files there (not the 'Archive' folder, just the files) along with the hand history file from the session and attach that to a Support Ticket. Thank you.

Updated PT4 yesterday and now HUD and hand grabber aren't working again.

PT4/hand grabber is not detecting Bovada tables

yeah same for me. glad I'm not the only one. Just went on an insane heater winning like 10 buy ins. albeit I'm playing 5 nlz but I'd still like to have a good upswing to look at on my graph instead of the usual downswing or straight line. Let me know if it ends up working for u, I'm done for the night.....

huds not working i just bought it today after going through trial.

Ignition just updated their software and we will need to update the Ignition Hand Grabber to accommodate the change. The development team are working on this and the fix will be pushed out as soon as possible.
